Restarting Gold Production in Québec’s Prolific Greenstone Belt

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE:LFLR, OTCQB:LFLRF) is restarting gold production in Q2-2026 in the Abitibi gold belt in the Val-d'Or region of Quebec, with strategy, infrastructure, and execution at its core, leveraging its wholly-owned gold assets: the Swanson Gold Project and the fully-permitted Beacon Gold Mill, only ~60 km apart. LaFleur is advancing its district-scale, advanced exploration project, the Swanson Gold Deposit, as a primary source of mineralized material for its production restart at the recently refurbished Beacon Gold Mill. A Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) led by ERM has been completed which demonstrates a vertically-integrated mine-to-mill production cycle: extracting, hauling, and processing ore within the same district, across two of LaFleur's wholly-owned assets. LaFleur's PEA outlines a capital-efficient, low-complexity development pathway leveraging the Company's 100%-owned Beacon Gold Mill and strategic CN rail access near Val-d'Or, supporting a scalable, high-return gold production profile. The PEA delivers a C$101M NPV (5%), 65% IRR at $2,750/oz gold base case, rapid 1.8 year payback period with all-in sustaining costs of $1,569/oz over a 7-year mine life. LaFleur aims to achieve production by the end of 2026 through the recommissioning of Beacon Gold Mill, sourcing mineralized material from its nearby Swanson Gold Deposit that sits on an existing mining lease. An updated 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate for the Swanson Gold Deposit includes an Indicated Mineral Resource of 2.96 Mt at 1.69 g/t Au for 160.3 koz of contained gold (30% increase from previous MRE) and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 1.08 Mt at 1.93 g/t Au for 66.8 koz of contained gold, with expansion potential through depth extensions and satellite deposits (Bartec, Jolin) targeting 1 million oz milestone. Link to PEA press release: Read the full PEA press release

The preliminary economic assessment is preliminary in nature, and it includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves, and there is no certainty that the preliminary economic assessment will be realized.

Processing Hub

Near-Term Production Restart at Beacon Gold Mill

LaFleur plans to restart its fully permitted and recently refurbished Beacon Gold Mill, located ~60 km from the Company’s Swanson Gold Deposit, and one of the few fully permitted and operational 750 tpd gold processing facilities in Québec’s Val-d’Or district, a massive strategic advantage. The mill boasts a processing capacity of 750 tonnes per day, with ability to increase its capacity down the line, which underwent over $20 million in upgrades by its previous owner in 2022, Monarch Mining.

LaFleur owns both the Beacon Gold Mill and its primary source of feed, the Swanson Gold Deposit, a rare combination for a junior. Recommissioning is already underway, with existing stockpiles of material on-site available for initial feed and test runs. The mill restart strategy allows LaFleur to process mineralized material from its own deposits and unlock additional revenue through custom milling for regional partners. With restart activities already underway, Beacon is on the fast track to transition LaFleur from explorer to producer in a region with strong infrastructure, skilled work force that is a hotbed for exploration, consolidation and M&A, with numerous juniors and majors actively operating in the area.

Swanson Gold Deposit

LaFleur has successfully consolidated +19,214 hectares (192 km²), 464 mineral claims and 1 mining lease centered around the Swanson Gold Deposit, which evolved from 3 to 27 showings and has grown 3X since its acquisition. The land package captures several gold and critical metal prospects previously held by Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining, reinforcing the district-scale exploration potential. Swanson is located in the heart of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, Val-d’Or is a premier mining jurisdiction combining world-class geology, modern infrastructure and a proven track record of production.

The Swanson Gold Deposit is an advanced exploration-stage project which hosts a large historical dataset (36,000 metres of drilling, 242 holes), providing a strong foundation for rapid resource validation. Historic intercepts (such as 69.3 m @ 3.03 g/t Au; 51.0 m @ 3.46 g/t Au) suggest robust mineralization amenable to open-pit mining and near-surface extraction, an ideal scenario to supply mineralized material to the Company’s nearby Beacon Gold Mill. LaFleur is in process of conducting 10 twinned diamond drill holes being placed as close as possible to historical drill locations to validate legacy data, improve confidence in the geological model and resource categories, as well as to feed into an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and support a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) being led by ERM.
